Abbas: Israeli Military Operations endanger the Peace Process
Gaza: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas warned that Israel’s military operation in the Gaza Strip, endangering the peace process in the Middle East. “Every new Israeli aggression in Gaza, will put the entire peace process threatened to fail. All the international efforts to save the peace was to be in vain,” said Abbas, as reported by Xinhua, Wednesday (22/12).
Negotiations for peace between Palestine and Israel stop in last September. This happen after Israel continue to build settlements in the West Bank. Israel launched a military strike for three weeks in the Gaza Strip which controlled by the Hamas group about nearly two years ago. This attack killed a thousand more Palestinians.
